Tickets can be purchased directly through our website at the Tickets page. Select your preferred ticket type, add to cart, and complete checkout using a credit card, PayPal, or Konbini payment. E-tickets with QR codes are delivered instantly to your email. Tickets are also available through our official partner outlets.

We offer several ticket tiers: Day Pass (single-day access to all main stages), Weekend Pass (3-day access), VIP Pass (premium viewing, lounge access, complimentary drinks), Early Bird (limited discounted tickets released in advance), and Group Tickets (discounts for groups of 6+). Log into your account at My Tickets to re-download your QR codes at any time before the event. If you purchased as a guest, check your confirmation email (including spam folder). Still stuck? Contact us at info@peacefulmeadowveil.com with your order number and we will reissue your tickets within 1 hour.

Yes! Free ticket transfers are available up to 24 hours before the event. Log into My Tickets, select the ticket you wish to transfer, and enter the recipient's email address. They will receive a confirmation email to accept the transfer. Once transferred, your original ticket will be invalidated.

Yes, through our official resale programme available in My Tickets. Tickets can only be resold at face value — no above-face-value sales are permitted. We do not support or guarantee tickets sold through unofficial third-party platforms. Always buy from official channels to avoid fraud.

Peaceful Meadow Veil is an all-ages festival. Children under 12 enter free of charge when accompanied by a full-ticket-holding adult (maximum 2 children per adult). Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian after 22:00. The Seaside Club late-night sessions are 18+ only — valid photo ID required.

The full artist lineup is available on our Lineup page. Stage-by-stage schedules and performance times will be announced six weeks before the festival and published on the website and the PMV app. Times are subject to change — always check the latest version of the app on the day.

PMV 2026 is a rain-or-shine event — the festival will go ahead in all weather conditions. We recommend bringing a lightweight waterproof jacket and comfortable footwear. Several covered areas and the Indoor Arena provide shelter. In the rare event of severe weather posing a safety risk, we will communicate updates via our website, app, and social channels immediately.

Yes, re-entry is permitted with your valid QR code ticket or festival wristband. Single-day tickets allow re-entry on that day only. 3-Day pass holders receive a colour-coded wristband at first entry, which serves as their pass for all subsequent re-entries across all three days.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express), PayPal, and Konbini cash payment (available at Lawson, FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and Ministop across Japan). All online payments are processed securely via Stripe with 256-bit SSL encryption. On-site at the festival, cashless payments via IC cards (Suica, Pasmo) are preferred.

Promo codes can be entered during checkout in the "Promo Code" field on the cart page. Enter your code and click "Apply" before proceeding to payment. Codes are case-sensitive and can only be used once per account. Valid codes will show a green confirmation message and automatically adjust your total. Codes cannot be applied after purchase.

All ticket prices are in Japanese Yen (¥/JPY). If you are purchasing from outside Japan, your card provider or PayPal will convert the amount to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate. We are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, significantly postponed, or there is a material change to the event programme. If the festival is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund (including all fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. If you can no longer attend, we encourage you to use our transfer or resale options.

In the event of cancellation or significant rescheduling, all ticket holders will be notified by email within 24 hours. For cancellations: full refunds are processed automatically. For postponements: tickets remain valid for the new date; if you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the rescheduling announcement.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days for credit/debit card payments and 3–5 business days for PayPal. Konbini refunds may take up to 14 business days and will be issued via bank transfer. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is initiated. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

The easiest route is the JR Tokaido Line from Shinjuku to Fujisawa (~65 minutes), then the PMV shuttle bus from Fujisawa Station South Exit (every 20 minutes, ~15 min ride). Direct shuttle coaches also run from Shinjuku, Yokohama, and Kamakura. By car, park at Shonan Hiratsuka Seaside Park (¥2,000/day) and take the free festival shuttle. There is no parking directly at the festival gates. Designated festival parking is available at Shonan Hiratsuka Seaside Park, approximately 2km away (¥2,000 per day). Free shuttle buses run between the parking area and the main festival gates every 15 minutes from 07:30 to 04:00. We strongly encourage using public transport to reduce congestion and carbon impact.

PMV 2026 is fully accessible. Provisions include: paved wheelchair-accessible routes to all stages, dedicated accessible viewing platforms, accessible toilets, priority entry lanes, BSL interpreters at main stage, hearing loop systems, quiet zones, sensory-friendly hours at Acoustic Garden, free companion tickets for carers, and assistance animal welcome areas. Groups of 6 or more receive a 15% discount on General Admission and Weekend Pass tickets. Groups of 20+ receive a 20% discount and a dedicated group liaison.
