Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Gift cards are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
2. Gift cards are redeemable exclusively on the Peaceful Meadow Veil Events website (peacefulmeadowveil.com) and cannot be used at physical box offices.
3. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account after redemption.
4. Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction. If the purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remainder must be paid by card.
5. Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced. Please treat your code like cash and keep it confidential.
6. PMV reserves the right to cancel gift cards issued in error or in violation of these terms.
7. Physical cards are posted within Japan only. International delivery is not available for physical cards.

FAQ

Gift Card Questions

Yes — simply log into your account and navigate to "Gift Cards" under Account Settings to see the current balance on any gift cards linked to your account. Alternatively, contact our support team at contact@peacefulmeadowveil.com with your gift card code and we can confirm the balance.

Can I use a gift card to purchase VIP tickets? +

Absolutely — gift cards can be applied to any purchase on our website, including General Admission, Gold VIP, Platinum VIP, and Diamond VIP packages. If your gift card balance doesn't fully cover the cost, you can pay the remainder by credit card, debit card, or PayPal at checkout.

Digital gift cards are sent immediately upon payment confirmation (or on your scheduled delivery date). Please ask the recipient to check their spam/junk folder. If the card hasn't been received within 30 minutes of the expected delivery time, contact us at contact@peacefulmeadowveil.com and we will resend it promptly.
